Who the hell am I?
I am Adam: at home chef, food lover, restaurant slave, and
obsessive to the max. I travel to eat, I cook to relax and I drink to keep my sanity
from hand waving customers. On my day's off I crave the clang of the opening
bell at the farmers market and plot the week’s splendors. I’m a follower of the
slow food movement, using local and sustainable products whenever possible and
making as much as I can “from scratch”. Because food tastes better when you
make it yourself.
